银会，中国明代至民国时期一种集资逐利的方式，每位参加银会的人，出一份子钱，然后用抽签的形式来决定由谁使用。银会可以一年一次，也可以一年两次。此名称在明代小说《欢喜冤家》中就已经出现。此外众多的民间史料上也可见到。 民国出版物《唐著写信》书册中有“镶银会约”的写作格式
