退伙，是指在合伙企业存续期间，合伙人因一定的法律事实而退出合伙企业，从而消灭合伙人资格的法律行为。退伙有可以退伙和当然退伙。
经全体合伙人同意退伙；
被除名人自接到除名通知之日起，除名生效，被除名人退伙。
