赵美心（Judy May Chu，1953年7月7日－），祖籍中国广东新会古井镇霞路乡五福里。美国联邦众议员，代表民主党在加利福尼亚州第32选区当选，成为历史上第一位华裔女性国会议员。赵美心当选后将成为美国国会联邦众议院教育与劳工委员会 (House Committee on Education and Labor) 的成员。
赵美心说，国会议员有义务公开会见他们所代表的人，但他们也正在努力拟订新的安全规则。
