专供船舶进行舾（xī）装工作的码头，又称舣（yǐ）装码头。船体在滑道和船坞中建成下水以后，需拖到码头旁边装船机、管系、电气设备以及船舶的上部建筑等。这些工作称为舾装，又称舣装。舾装码头要求有良好的起重运输条件及必需的动力设施，并尽可能靠近主要的舾装车间。因为舾装码头停靠的均是新建的船舶，空载吃水浅，所以码头前水深可较一般的货运码头为小，但码头前水域要求有良好的防浪掩护条件。舾装码头有的也兼作试车码头和修船码头使用。
目前该项目基础设施建设、厂房已结束，船台舾装码头已投入使用。
