煎堆又叫麻团、珍袋，麻球，传统小吃，流行于全国各地大部分地区。在广东是指拳头大小、油炸糯粉团，表面满是芝麻的食品。它是用糯米粉加糖、油炸花生碎、芝麻等，放到锅里用油煎成。 煎堆风味独特，制作考究。色泽金黄，外形浑圆中空，口感芳香酥脆体积膨大滚圆，表皮薄脆清香，而又柔软粘连，馅又香甜可口。有团圆甜蜜的寓意。
