点数法也称评分法，是目前大多数国家最常用的方法，指对职位的各要素打分，用分数评估职位相对价值，并据以定出工资等级的一种技术方法。这种方法预先选定若干因素，并采用一定分值表示某一因素。然后按事先规定的衡量标准，对现有岗位的每个因素逐一评比、估价、求得分值，经过加权求和，最后得到各个岗位的总分值。
