比水量(specific water flow) 连铸|轧钢机二冷区单位时间内消耗的总水量与单位时间内通过二冷区铸坯质量的比值,以L/kg为单位。它是连铸|轧钢二次冷却喷水强度的指标。比水量大小会影响铸坯在二冷区表面温度分布、铸坯裂纹和偏析。此值主要决定于钢种,一般为0.5~1.5L/kg。低碳钢或裂纹不敏感的钢种取高值;高碳钢、高锰钢、合金钢或对裂纹敏感的钢取低值。
