尼斯河，(1945年前属德国)。尼斯-乌日茨卡(Nysa Luzycka)河较著名，长252公里，为德国、波兰界河；尼斯-克沃兹卡(Nysa Klodzka)河长182公里，全部在波兰境内。两河均源出苏台德山脉，向北注入奥得河。
