代销的全称：网店代销，又名网店代理。网店代销基本上分虚拟物品代销和实物代销两种。代销是指某些提供网上批发服务的网站或者能提供批发货源的销售商与想做网店代销的人达成协议，为其提供商品图片等数据，而不是实物，并以代销价格提供给网店代销人销售。一般来说，网店代销人将批发网站所提供的商品图片等数据放在自己的网店上进行销售，销售出商品后通知批发网站为其代发货。销售商品只从批发网站发出到网店代销人的买家处，网店代销人在该过程中看不见所售商品。网店代销的售后服务也由批发网站行使。
