从合同：必须以他种合同的存在为前提，自身不能独立存在的合同。（随借贷合同而设立的抵押、质押担保合同） 根据合同相互间的主从关系，可以将合同分为主合同与从合同。所谓从合同，就是以其他合同的存在而为存在前提的合同，例如，保证合同相对于主债务合同而言为从合同。由于从合同要依赖主合同的存在而存在，所以从合同又被称为"附属合同"。
本合同有效期从合同生效之日算起共10年，有效期满后，本合同自动失效。
