建筑物沉降观测,英文名称building axis survey,适用于在工业与民用建筑中。在工业与民用建筑中,为了掌握建筑物的沉降情况,及时发现对建筑物不利的下沉现象,以便采取措施,保证建筑物安全使用,同时也为今后合理设计提供资料,因此,在建筑物施工过程中和投产使用后,必须进行沉降观测。
