先共析铁素体 （proeutectoid ferrite）本意是低于共析成分的奥氏体，从高温慢冷下来之际，在发生共析相变（共析转变）之前析出的铁素体。由奥氏体晶界首先析出（转变温度约为770℃~680℃）。一般情况下，呈细条状分布在奥氏体晶界，有时也呈块状。非共析钢在珠光体转变之前析出先共析相的转变称为先共析转变。
熔敷金属组织主要是针状铁素体，少量的先共析铁素体。
