高天文，男，1955年生于云南，汉族，博士，教授，博士生导师。1983年毕业于第四军医大学后留西京医院皮肤科，现任中华医学会皮肤性病学会常委、全国皮肤病理学组副组长，医学博士、皮肤美容专家，伊美尚战略发展委员会常务理事等职务。
