阿佩 阿佩,彝族，唐朝明州（今贵州贞丰一带）人，土著首领。唐文宗开成元年（公元836年），阿佩以所属明州地归附唐朝廷。唐武宗会昌二年（公元836），朝廷封他为罗甸王（简称罗王），所领地曰罗甸国（简称罗国），治所在令贞丰县东南的罗王亭，辖地在今贵州贞丰、晴隆，关岭一带，世袭爵位。朝廷又封其别帅乌蛮普里部首领为滇王（今贵州晴隆境内某山有滇池而得名，非云南滇池），后改名普宁郡王，治所在今贵州安顺西七十里羊武寨。
