田为（生卒年不详），字不伐，籍里无考。善琵琶，通音律。政和末，充大晟府典乐。宣和元年（1119）罢典乐，为乐令。《全宋词》存词六首，有《芊呕集》。田为才思与万俟咏抗行，词善写人意中事，杂以俗言俚语，曲尽要妙。尝出含三个词牌的联语“玉蝴蝶恋花心动”，天下无能对者。
