(1930.1—)原名廖其澄，四川达县人。擅长水彩画。1949年任《 西南青年》美术编辑；1955年任《四川青年报》美术组长；1962年后历任《科学与艺术报》 主编；绵阳市文联副秘书长；市美协主席；绵阳市书画院二级美术师。作品《山寨》入选中国首届水彩画艺术展；《草原上的格桑花》入选第九届全国美展；《披查尔瓦的老人》入选 第五届全国水彩画展。出版有《廖其澄水彩画集》、《廖其澄花鸟画集》。
