吕安[公元？年至二六二年]字仲悌，山东东平人。生年不详，卒于魏景元三年。有济世念。与嵇康友善，每一相思，千里命驾。某次访康，值不在，康兄嵇喜迎之，不入，书一凤字于门而去。嵇喜以为善，康曰：“凤字凡鸟也。”后为兄巽诬安不孝，康为辩其诬。其时适值钟会与康有隙，诬康于司马昭，以此为罪状之一。昭乃杀安及康。安作有文集二卷，（《隋书、唐书经籍志》）传于世。
