兰桥位于湖南省永州市祁阳县羊角塘镇，相传古时村民在清江上修桥，桥基深陷，屡建不成，一神仙路过见状，随意将手中竹篮（一说兰草）抛于桥基处，桥遂顺利建成，故名篮桥，后改写为兰桥。村委会驻上新街，辖渣林、又渣林、段家屋、荷叶塘、上中铺、下中铺、上新街、上老街、下老街、圩厂坪11个村民组。总面积1．7平方公里，耕地52公顷，141户，1227人。
