老石，本名陈钢，云南昆明人，著名画家、书法家，中国美协云南省美术家协会会员、云南省青少年书法协会理事、中国民俗摄影协会会员、中国民主建国会成员。性格乐观，开朗而又深沉，作品感染力强。擅长画与修行有关的禅悟之画，其次为山水花鸟画。出版了个人国画作品集《老石国画作品集》。
