曾用名乌尔图那松，内蒙古大学蒙古语文研究所讲师。1932年1月29日生，内蒙古锡林郭勒盟正镶白旗乌恩巴图苏木人，蒙古族。1948年1月至1954年4月，在察哈尔盟明安太右联合旗和盟报社作干事，编辑等职。1954年4月调至内蒙古广播电台当播音员。1960年10月调至锡林郭勒盟党校任教员。1962年8月调回内蒙古广播电台任播音员，成为著名的蒙古语播音员。1974年1月以来，在内蒙古大学蒙古语文研究所从事科研工作。
