元干（469~499年），字思直，代郡平城（今山西大同市）人。北魏宗室大臣，献文帝拓跋弘第三子，孝文帝元宏之弟，母为韩贵人。 太和六年，封河南王，加卫大将军、侍中、中都大官，迁车骑将军、吏部尚书，出为豫州刺史。随驾迁都洛阳后，拜冀州刺史，封为赵郡王，转特进、司州牧。为人贪淫，不遵典法，为御史中尉李彪所劾，免官还第。 太和二十三年（499年），去世，时年三十一，谥号为灵，陪葬长陵。
