黄启宏，男，副教授，生于1974年，研究
生学历，博士学位。2007年获电子科技大学信号与信息处理专业博士学位，现任电子工程学院副院长。

1．数字信号处理和图像信息技术
2．综合观测数据的融合和三维成像技术

1．流形学习方法在高维图像识别中的研究，项目负责人。
2．全天空云量、云状自动识别系统的研制，主研。
3．天气现象自动观测系统，主研。
