Command and Control

Command and Control is the concept of forming the Games-time organisational framework for integrated operations and decision-making by all functional areas represented in venue, precinct and other operational teams. The OCOG may establish a Command and Control functional area to manage this. During Games-time, this area is responsible for implementing Games-wide command and control, primarily coordinated through the Main Operations Centre (MOC). The OCOG may establish a functional area dealing with Command and Control aspects.

Commandement et contrôle

Le concept du commandement et du contrôle est de constituer le cadre organisationnel des Jeux pour les opérations intégrées et le processus de prise de décisions par tous les secteurs fonctionnels représentés par les équipes des sites, des complexes et autres équipes opérationnelles. Le COJO peut créer un secteur fonctionnel de commandement et de contrôle à cet effet. Pendant la période des Jeux, ce secteur est chargé du commandement et du contrôle, essentiellement sous la coordination du Centre principal des opérations. Le COJO peut créer un secteur fonctionnel gérant les aspects du commandement et du contrôle.
