龙口粉丝，山东省烟台市特产，中国国家地理标志产品。 明末清初，招远人创造了绿豆做粉丝的新技艺。由于地理环境和气候优势，招远粉丝以“丝条均匀、质地柔韧、光洁透明”而闻名远近。1860年，招远粉丝开始集散于龙口港装船外运，为与烟台其他地区的粉丝区别开来，包装物上标以“龙口粉丝”、“招远基本地”字样，始称“龙口粉丝”。 2002年09月10日，原国家质检总局批准对“龙口粉丝”实施原产地域产品保护。
