黄金梨，梨的一个品种，落叶乔木，由韩国园艺试验场罗州支场于二十世纪杂交育成的新品种，1984年定名。果实扁圆形，平均单果重350克，9月上旬成熟。成熟时果皮黄绿色，储藏后变为金黄色。果皮极洁净，套袋时果皮成金黄色，呈透明状。 果肉细嫩而多汁，白色，石细胞少，果心很小。含糖量可达14.7%度。味清甜，而俱香气。风味独特，品质极佳。易成花一般栽后次年成花可见果。异花授粉，极丰产。梨即“百果之宗”。黄金梨是梨的一种。因其鲜嫩多汁，酸甜适口，所以又有“天然矿泉水”之称。
