黄瓷，又称宫廷黄瓷。瓷器的一种。始于唐代，以安徽南寿州窑所产最著名。唐代除寿州窑外，四川邛崃窑、湖南长沙窑也烧黄釉瓷，但颜色较偏青绿。质量最高、色彩最纯正的高温黄釉瓷，以宋代汝窑所烧的茶叶末釉瓷器为佳。黄瓷在古陶瓷艺术中占有很重要的位置，黄色一向是帝王专用色，有崇高、高贵、权力、威严、智慧、神秘、华贵等象征意义。
