麻杏石甘汤，中医方剂名。为解表剂，具有辛凉宣泄，清肺平喘之功效。主治外感风邪，邪热壅肺证。身热不解，咳逆气急，鼻煽，口渴，有汗或无汗，舌苔薄白或黄，脉滑而数者。临床常用于治疗感冒、上呼吸道感染、急性支气管炎、肺炎、支气管哮喘、麻疹合并肺炎等属表证未尽，热邪壅肺者。
