正常人体内pH值为7.35～7.45。碱中毒是指体内酸丢失过多或者从体外摄入碱过多的临床情况，主要生化表现为血HCO3-过高（>27mmol/L），PaCO2增高。pH值多>7.45，但按代偿情况而异，可以明显过高；也可以仅轻度升高甚至正常。
