鹅黄是指酒。宋苏轼《乘舟过贾收水阁》诗之二：“小舟浮鸭绿，大杓泻鹅黄。”宋张元干《临江仙·赵端礼重阳后一日置酒坐上赋》词：“判却为花今夜醉，大家且泛鹅黄。”
