魏氏组织是指在焊接的过热区内，由于奥氏体晶粒长得非常粗大，这种粗大的奥氏体在较快的冷却速度下会形成一种特殊的过热组织，其组织特征为在一个粗大的奥氏体晶粒内会形成许多平行的铁素体(渗碳体)针片，在铁素体针片之间的剩余奥氏体最后转变为珠光体，这种过热组织称为铁素体(渗碳体)魏氏组织。
魏氏组织 ( widmanstatten structure )：（共析钢没有），钢中相形态之一。凡是指亚共析钢中的先共析铁素体，或过共析钢中先渗碳体加珠光体的组织。
