高骨，经外奇穴名。出自《针灸大成》。位于手腕掌侧桡侧缘，桡骨茎突部，于掌后寸部0.5寸处取之，即太渊穴斜前外方，左右计2穴。皮肤有前臂外侧皮神经，桡神经浅支分布。主治手指麻木，扳机指，腕关节痛，手部感染等。斜刺0.5-1寸；可灸。
结论：健骨颗粒能够扭转去卵巢大鼠的高骨钙素变化，降低高骨转换率，增加骨密度。
