琵琶演奏家，中国音乐教育学会会员， 北京音乐家协会会员， 1985年以优异的成绩毕业于中国音乐学院器乐系， 并于同年开始任职于北京师范大学艺术系。曾荣获北京高校科技文艺汇演琵琶独奏一等奖。新加坡胡姬花国际音乐舞蹈大赛，艺术指导奖。在近二十年的教学实践中，积累了丰富的教学经验，教学及学术成果颇丰，曾举办多场独奏音乐会、师生音乐会。在所指导学生中，有多名在参加全国及省市级各种比赛中多次荣获一等奖。并多次出访美国、香港、澳门、新加坡、马来西亚等国家及地区进行文化交流活动。
