高弹态（rubbery state）是指链段运动但整个分子链不产生移动。此时受较小的力就可发生很大的形变（100～1000%），外力除去后形变可完全恢复，称为高弹形变。高弹态是高分子所特有的力学状态。
在此区间PET表现为高弹态，快速吹塑、冷却定形后成为透明的瓶子。
