高乐原名高中，笔名高乐。1939年出生于中华第一都--河南安阳。高乐曾任安阳市一画院院长，现任中国书画家协会理事、中国东方书画研究院副院长、天香书画院名誉院长，国画书画院名誉院长，安阳现代派书画家协会（筹）会长等职。
