髓内肿瘤（intramedullary tumor）又称脊髓髓内肿瘤（intramedullary spinal cord tumor，ISCT），是指起源于脊髓内组织的肿瘤，可分为原发性髓内肿瘤（以室管膜瘤和星形细胞瘤多见）和转移性髓内肿瘤（原发灶在男性以肺癌多见，女性以乳腺癌多见）。 脊髓髓内肿瘤占椎管内肿瘤的15%～25%，发病高峰年龄为31～40岁，男性多于女性，好发于颈、胸段脊髓。 室管膜瘤、星形细胞瘤和血管母细胞瘤占髓内肿瘤的90%以上，其他还可见海绵状血管瘤、脂肪瘤、皮样囊肿、畸胎瘤、少枝胶质细胞瘤、血管网状细胞瘤、转移瘤、肉瘤、神经节细胞瘤和黑色素瘤等。
