骨痂可以理解为是指骨头受伤后愈合过程中形成的伤痂（皮肤愈合初的血痂）。一般将骨折愈合分为 3 个阶段；也有根据骨折愈合过程的组织学和生理学特征分为6 个不同的阶段。多种骨生长因子与骨折愈合有关，它们共同作用可刺激成骨细胞的活性，调节局部成骨。
