目的探讨经后路全脊椎截骨术在治疗陈旧性胸腰椎骨折伴侧后凸畸形的应用。
Objective To investigate the appliance of closing wedge osteotomy in treatment of posttraumatic kyphotic-scoliotic deformity in thoracolumbar spine.
材料和方法：对连续40名患原发性骨质疏松和椎体骨折的病人施行椎体后凸成形术，20人使用CaP骨水泥，20人使用PMMA骨水泥治疗。
Materials and Methods. Kyphoplasty was performed in 40 consecutive patients with primary osteoporosis and painful vertebral fractures, 20 received CaP-cement, 20 were treated with PMMA-cement.
