香水树（Canangaodorata）是木兰目、番荔枝科、依兰属的热带香料植物。高10～20米，花期5～11月，果熟期12～3月。花朵较大，长达8厘米，一般单株产花5～10公斤。晴天清晨采花，以黄绿色的花品质最优。具有浓郁芳香气味，是珍贵的香料工业原材料，用它提炼而成的“依兰依兰”香料是当今世界上最名贵的天然高级香料和高级定香剂，所以人们称之为“世界香花冠军”、“天然的香水树”等。
