馄饨汤是一道色香味俱全的传统名点，在福建，江浙地区较常见。馄饨皮是用面粉加鸡蛋和成面团后人工擀制的，薄如蝉翼的馄饨皮口感细腻、鲜香、嚼之有劲润滑。
