食积，九积之一。食滞不消，日久成积者。《儒门事亲》卷三：“食积，酸心腹满，大黄、牵牛之类，甚者礞石、巴豆。”《杂病源流犀烛·积聚症瘕痃癖痞源流》：“食积，食物不能消化，成积痞闷也，宜青礞石、鸡内金、枳实、巴豆、香附，方用保和丸，连萝丸、佐脾丸。”《医医偶录》治肚腹胀硬拒按，吞酸嗳腐，不思饮食，用大和中饮。脾虚者，参用六君汤。参见肉积、面积、果菜积等条。
