风疹疫苗，是预防控制风疹疼疾病的疫苗，美国、英国在20世纪60年代末、70年代初开始推广风疹疫苗，以后世界各国开始相继使用。 风疹疫苗株有4株之多，它们是HPV77-DE5疫苗、Condehilly疫苗、RA27/3疫苗、T0336疫苗。其中RA27/3疫苗已与麻疹、腮腺炎制成麻疹、腮腺炎、风疹三联疫苗（MMR），并广为使用。1995年中国已研制成功风疹减毒活疫苗株BRD-II，在1998年获得国家正式文号，一些省份已应用BRD-II和RA27/3株疫苗并将其纳入计划免疫管理。
