2)There were 42(84%)eyes with synechia of iris and IOL in 50 eyes. The locations of synechia of iris and IOL of 42 eyes were 13(30.9%) eyes in above quadrant、19(45.2%)eyes in bitamporal quadrant、8 (19%)eyes in nasal side quadrant、2(4.9%)eyes in down quadrant.
2)联合手术组发生虹膜后粘42眼(84%),粘连发生在术后1周至3周时间段内;粘连部位上方13眼占30.9%、颞侧19眼占45.2%、鼻侧8眼占19%、下方2眼占4.9%;虹膜后粘连行分离术后无再发生病例。
