《额吉》是一部由内蒙古自治区导演宁才执导的剧情片，由娜仁花担任女主角，根据宁才执导的相同题材电视剧《静静的艾敏河》翻拍而来，被选定为新中国成立60周年重点献礼影片之一。 影片讲述了上世纪60年代3年自然灾害期间，3000多名来自上海、江浙孤儿院的孤儿被送到锡林郭勒大草原，被当地牧民收养的故事。本片于2010年5月9日上映。
