目的利用外科手术造成的狗颊侧牙周骨板缺损模型，观察应用膜诱导组织再生技术后牙周骨组织再生的效果。
Objective To observe the effects of mucogingival tissue regeneration technique(MGTR) on periodontical alveolar bone regeneration in dogs with buccal alveolar bone defect of the tooth.
结论：颊侧骨板的厚度及缺牙位置均有可能影响术后牙槽嵴的改建。
Conclusion: the thickness of buccal bone wall and position of missing tooth, may influence the maxillary alveolar ridge alterations after immediate implantation.
