方法17例合并脑肿胀及脑疝症状的颅脑损伤患者接受开颅减压术,选用TCD检测手术前、后双侧大脑中动脉(MCA)及颈内动脉(ICA)颅外段的血流动力学改变,并监测手术前后脑组织氧分压及颅内压的变化。

Conclusion : An improved method is created by injecting dry-blood liquid into rat抯 intracarotid for MID model. All results prove that our model method is better in stability, higher in survival and success ratio than old ones.
