项目交接是指全部合同收尾以后，项目施工承包方向项目业主(发包方)移交项目所有权的过程。是承包商把所完成的建筑安装施工产品交付给业主，业主予以接收的过程。项目竣工验收是项目交接的前提，没有通过竣工验收或未经竣工验收的项目不能办理项目交接。项目交接是项目收尾的最后工作内容。
