无条件反射亦称非条件反射，是外界刺激与有机体反应之间与生俱来的固定神经联系。或在出生后发挥作用，或随着有机体的生长发育而出现。反射弧完整，在相应的刺激下，不需要后天的训练就能引起反射性反应，这类反射叫作非条件反射。本词条与词条“反射（受刺激物对刺激物的逆反应）”含义相同。
