静脉瓣是静脉壁内膜向管腔突出而成的半月形囊袋状薄膜，一般两个瓣膜构成一组，向心脏方向开放。瓣膜表面覆盖有一层内皮，中间为致密结缔组织。四肢静脉的瓣膜较多，其他部位的静脉瓣膜较少或缺如。它可防止血液倒流。
