静叶片简称静叶，是固定在隔板或导叶持环上静止不动的叶片。静叶在汽轮机中不但为汽流导向外，且还使蒸汽加速。在蒸汽室（喷嘴室）中的静叶称之为喷嘴，静叶在速度级作为导向叶片，使汽流改变方向进人下一列动叶。在反动式汽轮机中，静叶起喷嘴作用。
