“青蓝工程”是江苏省教育厅为实施科教兴省和人才强省战略，进一步加强师资队伍建设，培养骨干教师和学科带头人，突出抓好高校优秀拔尖人才、学术带头人选拔培养工作而实施的重要人才培养工程。
今年我们又开展了青蓝工程，我们这些新徒弟更要虚心的认真学习，要扎扎实实完成好的此项教学活动。
This year we launched a blue engineering, but also to those of us new apprentice humbly conscientiously study, to complete a good solid teaching this activity.
这些工程包括：西区海底隧道、西九龙公路、青葵公路、蓝巴勒海峡桥、长青隧道、青屿干线及北大屿山公路。
The projects include the Western Harbour Crossing, the West Kowloon Highway, the Tsing Kwai Highway, the Rambler Channel Bridge, the Cheung Tsing Tunnel, the Lantau Link and the North Lantau Highway.
